Yes.! Because it is virtually impossible to list everything involved in relocating or moving, please contact us to inquire about a service you may be interested in.  Also, even if you are not moving or relocating, we offer all services listed. This Concierge Service is considered "A La Carte".  Please understand: You are not charged an "A La Carte" fee for each service.  This fee is to schedule and coordinate all of the services you desire.  This will be discussed during your FREE consultation.

Just like most service companies need time to schedule a service: It is important to be realistic about how soon you need a service.  There are some services that can be scheduled the day before and even the same day.  We hire technicians that specialize in specific services.  Some services may require as much as a week or more, depending on the difficulty or unique of said service(s).   

Yes, there is a deposit required, depending on the scope of the service.  The dollar amount of the deposit depends on the service.  This will "contract" your scheduled service.  This protects both you and us as well.  Please visit our, "Arrange Your Move" section.

Because 1st Emerald Moving Concierge is a concierge service, you always call us.  Never the service provider.  We take all the worry and plethora of calls you would normally have to make.  That is our responsibility.

No.  Choosing a realtor is a very personal and emotional decision, so we leave that part to our customers and clients.

No.  We cannot sell things for you.  That would take away from you, and the time needed to accomplish your actual concierge service we have been contracted to do.
